Multinational corporations are those private companies which work in more than one county. They provide goods and services of higher quality and in accordance with the global needs and norms. MNCs have very easy aptitude round. Mostly the questions are asked on direct formulas but still, the students are unable to solve most of the questions in the written round. If you have a basic understanding of 10th level mathematics, then you can attempt maximum numbers of questions.

2.     Written Technical Round

In a written technical round, the questions are basically asked from your technical background. So, having the clear understanding of your subject would be a great help to you. In some companies, subjective type questions are asked whereas in others multiple choice questions are there.

3.     Group Discussion

Group discussion is done to see the confidence level of the candidate. They don’t see particularly speaking with grammar. What they notice is your approach. So, speak confidently without any hesitation. Your idea on the topic should be clear and understandable to everyone. Your pronunciation (accent), style of speaking and then grammar count your marks in group discussion.

4.     Technical Interview

Technical round varies from company to company and the specialization they offer you. So, if you are a fresher, then they will ask you a question based on the points you have mentioned in your resume. So, only mentioned those skills on which you have confidence. Don’t try to fool the interviewer by writing too many frills.
If you are experience candidate, then they will ask you questions about your previous company job profile.

5.     HR Interview

In HR round, they ask some personal questions related to you and your job profile. So, don’t try to hide yourself with the mask and never exaggerate yourself because they will easily find you out. Be ready with the answer to some of the following questions:

Why should I hire you?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
How will you contribute to our company?
Why do you want to join this company?
What are your salary expectations?
